India to host 2025 Men's Asia Cup in T20 format
India have been confirmed as the hosts for the next edition of the Asia Cup, according to the Invitation for Expression of Interest (IEOI) from the Asian Cricket Council for sponsorship rights.
The 2025 edition of Men's Asia Cup T20 format tournament event will be a host to India.
So far 16 editions of the Asia Cup tournament have been played in which India has won the title in 8 editions. India are (1984, 1988, 1990–91, 1995, 2010, 2016, 2018, 2023) Champions.
Since 2016 when the Asia Cup was first played as a T20 event, till now two editions of the tournament have been played in the T20 format and the 2025 edition will be the third edition in the T20 format.
