IPL 2025: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) has appointed Dwayne Bravo as mentor. He will now replace Gautam Gambhir, Gambhir was the mentor of KKR, he has just said goodbye to the franchise, he is currently the coach of the Indian team. Before this, Bravo was the bowling coach of Chennai Super Kings.
Bravo also expressed his excitement for this new chapter. "I have been a part of the Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL for the last 10 years. Having played for and against the Knight Riders in various leagues, I have a lot of respect for the way they work.
This is the perfect platform for me as I transition from playing to guiding and coaching the next generation of players."
Dwayne Bravo During his illustrious career, he has played 582 T20 matches, taking 631 wickets and scoring nearly 7,000 runs. With more championships won than any other cricketer, Bravo's experience is unmatched.
